Planning · Nigeria
Use a real example to explain what needs to change.
You do not need to choose a technology or write a full specification. One recent task can show us where the difficulty lies.
What to include
- What the customer or staff member was trying to do.
- The messages, spreadsheets, software and providers involved.
- Where information was copied, lost, delayed or hard to check.
- The users, languages, devices and connection conditions that matter.
- A deadline, the person who can approve the work and a result worth testing.
Protect real records
Describe provider and account names without sending passwords, private keys or production exports. Use invented details to explain a record. If more information is needed, we can agree on a suitable way to exchange it.
