Scope and ownership · Nigeria
Make the scope easy to review and use.
Both sides should understand what will change, what remains dependent on others and who can accept the result.
Define the included work
List the software tasks, pages, integrations, tests, release steps and documentation. Name any vendor account, information or specialist review needed before a part of the work can proceed.
Agree approvals
Identify the people who can approve content, access, business rules and launch. Use authorised accounts and approved test information. Professional requirements come from your organisation and qualified advisers.
Plan for the handover
Record source code, hosting and vendor ownership, operating instructions, support hours, recovery responsibilities and known limitations. The team should know who to contact when a later problem occurs.
Delivery is remote from the United States. Read the responsibilities or discuss the scope.
