Give a trade buyer a useful route to the right information.

A catalogue can support a product decision before the commercial conversation begins.

Keep a regulated product's identity distinguishable from the seller's description

A Nigerian supplier listing products that appear in NAFDAC's Greenbook needs an accurate relationship between its own item reference and the actual product information it is authorised to publish. The official database has fields including product name, registration number, applicant and status. A shared-looking name or photograph is insufficient to establish that two records describe the same item.

We can build a catalogue with product families, variant references, documents and a useful trade enquiry. The business and its appropriate specialists approve any registration, certification or other regulated claim; the catalogue does not certify a product.

Make the enquiry retain the selected identity

A buyer may ask about a pack size or a specific variant. Carry the selected item and unit into the receiving sales record. Keep a dated, approved product document distinguishable from general promotional text.

The first scope need not include negotiated account pricing. Establish which information is public, which requires an authorised response and who maintains it when the range changes.

Review two easily confused items

Use an approved or synthetic pair of similar products. Ask a reviewer to identify each item, open the applicable document and request the relevant quantity. Inspect what the sales team receives. Then withdraw a listing and check that an old link gives an appropriate explanation.

Provider interfaces and data imports depend on actual access and supported records. We do not assume permission to copy an official database or invent stock, approval or delivery claims.
