Help a customer ask the right team about the right work.

A clear service explanation can improve the conversation before anyone opens the enquiry.

Help the customer recognise the business behind the service

A Nigerian organisation may use a trading name on its public pages and a different registered entity in its formal records. A prospective customer should be able to understand the actual offer and the approved business identity without relying on an unexplained logo or copied badge.

We can plan, design and build an editable service website that connects those details to a useful enquiry. The Corporate Affairs Commission's company-search service is a primary reference for registered information; a registration search does not establish the quality, suitability or professional credentials of a particular service.

Explain which work the team can consider

Bring a real service and the questions customers ask before requesting it. A page may need to distinguish supply, assessment and installation, or explain which branch reviews the request. Publish the actual coverage and claims the organisation can support.

Follow the customer to the receiving person

Try an ordinary enquiry, a wrong service choice and a customer who needs clarification before asking for a quote. The form and its response should help that person understand the next step. They do not need to send identity records or payment credentials to ask a first question.

We also establish the content owner, existing URL destinations and editing handover. The result is assessed through useful customer tasks; a new site cannot guarantee search demand or commercial outcomes.
