People → information → action
Make the next programme step clear before asking for more information.
A course enquiry, a place request and a completed enrolment should be distinguishable.
Let a prospective learner understand the exact offering
For Nigerian technical and vocational education, an institution's identity and a particular programme's status are separate questions. NBTE publishes information about approved institutions and accredited programmes. A provider's website should explain its own approved offering accurately instead of allowing a general badge to stand in for the actual programme information.
We can build programme pages, enquiry routes and a staff review process around the facts the organisation approves. This service does not confer accreditation, verify a qualification or determine admission eligibility.
Publish the distinction before asking for records
Use the actual programme title, intended audience, location or mode, and the organisation's approved next step. Where an official reference applies, the content owner should identify it and its meaning. A short course must not inherit an unrelated programme's claim merely because it shares an institution's page.
The enquiry should retain the selected offering. Detailed identity and participant records belong in an appropriately reviewed later process when required, rather than a general first-contact form.
Review a reader choosing between two offerings
Ask a suitable reviewer to distinguish two programmes and explain what the form requests. Can the receiving team see which offering and question the prospective participant chose? Can the acknowledgement explain what is still under consideration?
Language, specialist claims, participant policies and payment arrangements require their own approved owners. The first build can focus on accurate programme discovery and useful enquiries before a broader enrolment platform is justified.
