People → information → action

An attempted payment needs a reliable outcome.

Connect the buying experience to the information the business can actually verify.

Follow one purchase after the customer presses pay

For an illustrative Nigerian merchant, a customer can leave a payment screen, retry after a delay or ask staff whether a transfer was received. These are ordinary service questions. The checkout and order administration need a consistent answer.

We can build storefronts, product choices, order records and supported payment integrations. First confirm the client-owned merchant account, actual provider eligibility, supported methods and commercial arrangement. A provider example is not proof that a particular account is approved.

Separate the order from the payment attempt

The business should know which order is awaiting payment, which attempt is uncertain and which result permits the agreed fulfilment step. Provider documentation and server-side checks guide the implementation. A screenshot or a return to a success-looking page is not a substitute for the actual result.

Decide the customer recovery route

Test an incomplete attempt, a confirmed result and a repeated notification. Staff need a reference they can investigate without requesting card credentials. The customer needs an understandable next step that does not accidentally duplicate the purchase.

Approved pricing, taxes, cancellation and required notices come from your business and advisers. Live provider testing and transactions are separate acceptance steps.

Describe your order and payment arrangements.
